For each project we will establish a team based upon the skills required to effectively promote the site through the Local Plan process or secure planning permission.
In doing so we draw upon our extensive experience of leading multi-disciplinary teams delivering major development projects across the country.
Throughout the process we actively engage with the local planning authority, statutory consultees, stakeholder groups and local residents.
Once the planning position has been secured we will promote the site in the market with the aim to conclude a land sale in an efficient manner and deliver the greatest value.
